Making Macrumors app- questions

I am starting to make an unoffical application for ios that will give you macrumors updates, twitter, youtube and some forum capabilities.

do i need special permissions from macrumors.com to youse their logo, name, or RSS feeds for my app?

it will be free for the time bieng and im going to try to get funding on kickstarter.

eventually ill post a link to kickstarter so you guys can help get this up and running!

Arn has said they're looking to make their own, similar to the TA one. i'd wait for that

i am making a MacRumors app for the iPhone! i have a question about permissions so i dont get in any legal trouble:

do i need permission to use the MacRumors logo/name/and RSS Feeds in my app?

is there anything else that i need before i try to submit it to apple?

im going to try to get support on kickstarter. ($150 or something) would you support it? what this app is going to include is: front page, macrumors twitter, macrumors YouTube and some forum capabilities.
