Making Quicktime Pretty?

I want my QT to look like the screen used in iTunes to show video rather than the big grey box it is just now, are there anyways to change just QT? I'm running Uno but I don't want to use ShapeShifter...


So yeah, any help? I know I could use VLC but it's still a bit buggy for me...
