Making Screen Tutorial Videos

What software do you guys recommend at capturing a video of what you are clicking or typing onscreen (ie for demonstration purposes)?

I saw video podcasts like screencasts online and want to do something similar for a tutorial demonstration.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I've heard Snapz Pro X can do this.

Thanks dejo! Snapz Pro looks pretty good. But a little pricey... $69 US is like $100 australian dollars lol

I'm inclined to go for freeware or anything under $40 US. Anyothers that u guys heard of?
