Making txt sizes bigger on MBA

I use MS Office 2016 on MBA and the txt cells are all very small in default compared to those in the new MacBook 12 inch - can I make ghfm thf sand size as MB ones as they are easier to see and can I keep them this size

I just zoom to 125% using the built-in feature in the toolbar when I use Excel and Word on my 11" MacBook Air. I'm running an older version though.
