Male 2 Male Connector for Neo Hybrid iPhone 4 case?

I just got a SGP Neo Hybrid case for my iPhone 4. I love the case but the male to male cord that I have to connect it to my car won't fit because the case hole is too small. It will only fit the size of male connector that is on the iPhone brand headphones.

I was wondering if anyone knew a place to get a cord that has 2 male connectors that are the same size as the iPhone headset's?

Any help would be great because I love my case...the headphone jack is just too small!

I have not seen a m/m cable with small coneectors, but there are many adapters f/m that should allow the plug to fit in the case without problems.
