male miniDVI to male HDMI

Is there a male miniDVI to male HDMI cable that is available. I want to plug my 2010 MBP into an HDTV with a single cable that takes care of video and audio. Ive looked everywhere and most places seem to just have dvi to female hdmi and then an HDMI cable. I want a single cable so that its clean easy and only one thing to take care of etc. Why cant I buy such a cable? If you have one where did you get it, or if you know where it can be found can you post a link.

If this isnt available why doesn't anyone make one?

if you have the 2010 mbp, I think you mean mini displayport not mini DVI
