[malfunction] iphone 4 stopped vibrating.

So my iPhone 4 stopped vibrating misteriously.

i have it since february 2011 never fell off to the ground or had any maltreats.

it's running jailbreak with ios 4.2.1 i'll try a restore later when i get home but this is probably hardware related issue right?
