malware in my documents?

I got bunch of png files in my documents and they start with com.vinnov..etc whenever I delete them images "attached" they keep coming back later on? How do I stop this

Look in Safari extensions for anything suspicious and delete them as well as anything suspicious in your application folder. (Just make sure you know the difference between core system apps in your app folder before nuking anything.)

You can also try scanning with malwarebytes.
