Neither Malwarebyte nor CCleaner have killed Headline Alley on my Mac. Is there a safe way to remove it (without buying more anti-virus/ malware software?) I'm using Chrome - can it cross infect Safari or Mozilla?

Does it show up as a browser extension? If so, can you delete the etension?
[doublepost=1554442851][/doublepost]Thanks for replying, Sam. No, it did not show as an extension, but there were some extensions there that I did not recognise - and I deleted these. I guess Headline Alley must have been one of them because it has disappeared. Anyway, it has been gone for a couple of days now, so I think that zapped it. Cheers!
