ive sold quite a few items on it as well as bought and every transaction on both ends have been nothing short of fantastic.

The other day I bought a MacBook Pro and still haven't received anything but a printed label with no updates, seller won't respond.

Didn't expect a transaction to end up like this man
 
I believe Swappa wants the seller to ship the product within 3 business days. Reach out to the admins on swappa, i.e., leave a note and check the box to include them.

If nothing further occurs, then start a dispute within paypal.

Swappa is like any other website, you come across negligent sellers. Always to be sure to research the sellers history and feedback as well. Flag the seller and see what meditation takes place.

Also, you never indicated how many days it's been since the sale either.

One advantage is PayPal reverses your payment quick after contacting Swappa and PayPal. I use the delayed payment option on PayPal whenever I can, never had to use it, is the tracking number valid?
