Yep. Just click on the camera in iMovie HD and then go to "Built-In iSight"/"iSight"

Yea, tons of hot chicks go to Apple stores and fully configured. But you still will get a whine and some heat issues with those models.

By the way, you can also do some of the Photobooth's effects as video in iMovie HD with your iSight camera. It is under the effects tab if your are interested.
