JOHNSTOWN -- A man was charged with luring officers away from their police station in Cambria County with bogus emergency calls and then breaking into the station and stealing weapons, a police radio and leg shackles.link
Ha Ha Ha.
Why would he need the leg shackles though?

When I saw this headline posted by you iLikeMyiMac, I figured sure that it was talking about the Bridgeton police or somewhere in the StL.

Maybe he and the missus were into stuff that needed the leg shackles.

How stupid an act. I can't understand why the police station would have been left unprotected. No matter what the reason for the shackles, he won't see the light of day for a long time. This is were caller ID would have prevented such a perverse act. That is unless he had help.

It's like in Harold and Kumar go to White Castle where the one guy calls in "shots fired" and all the police rush out of the station so he can get his buddy out of jail .
