As luck would have it, I have two mac minis. One is the G4 and the other intel. The g4 power supply is 80 watts and the intel 110. Are the voltages and pinouts the same so that I can use the 110 watt power supply for the g4 if need be?

This is not a regular setup, just when I am moving things in and out to do quick testing.

Typically, it's ok to use a higher wattage supply, so long as everything else is the same. The device will only use the power it needs. HOWEVER, I'm going to say that it's not OK, because the online Apple store sells separate power supplies for the two models.
