I want to see the movie, but that was the lamest trailer I have ever seen :)

Yes, it was. Being a first trailer, I expected better. Lets see how well Zack Snyder does, not a fan of his movies but hey, he's got Nolan as a producer so hopefully it turns out good. I was really hoping it would be written and directed by Nolan.

I really hope Nolan wouldn't put his name on something that wouldn't meet his meticulous standards. I think (hope) MoS will be just as good as Dark Knight.

Yeah, I'm hoping Nolan makes sure that this movie turns out good. Don't want some crap superman movie to tarnish the respect he earned from the batman trilogy

If I never see another super hero movie again, I will have lived a very happy life.

It'll take something out of the ordinary for me to watch a Superman film. The fact Nolan's name and company is on it certainly gives it credibility. But based on the trailer, I probably wouldn't see it. Not much of a teaser trailer, to be honest.

Really? LOL
Same trailer, different voice
While I agree, Crowe's voice is better than Costner, it didn't change the trailer :)

Same trailer, different voiceover.

I found the words more stirring, more fitting of the "ordinary man who is anything but ordinary" footage.

Agreed. I also don't get why they used part of a song from Lord of the Rings (The Bridge of Khazad Dum, about 4:50 seconds into the song*) in the Superman trailer. It seemed like an odd fit.

*Yes I know I'm a soundtrack geek for knowing that.

I've never been much into Superman, always figured him to be too strong. But this has me interested. If anyone can pull me into superheroes I wasn't keen on initially - it's Christopher Nolan.

There's a trailer for an upcoming Resident Evil film, not sure what it's called exactly just that it's on my TV's 3D Preview channel, that uses music from Tron. See, when music is made specifically for a film; it's that films music! Y'know!

not digging it. i've never been a huge superman fan, but i did enjoy Superman Returns a little bit, but i think i'm over the character, there lacks some sort of tension due to his powers and potential.
