iPod manage/access invisable gen5 ipod folders through finder

so, is there a program for this yet or what. cause im looking and having no luck so far. im looking for a program that will give me access to the top of my ipod so i can brows and manage the files easy. and i dont mean just songs. video and pics and well, everything. i just want full access in a window in finder or simular.

You can type this into Terminal to reveal:
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE
killall Finder

Type this in to hide:
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles FALSE
killall Finder

And you can use Automator with the Run Shell Script and enter one of those, save it as a plug-in for Finder. Enter the other and save it as another plugin for Finder. That way you can right-click and hide/reveal all those hidden files.
