I'm on the lookout for a tool that can limit my outgoing bandwidth per running application. Like limit the upload of azureus (a p2p-client) just under the critical threshold my connection can manage and still allow other services to run smooth.

As I'm a switcher from Windows, I became used to tools like netlimiter (http://www.netlimiter.com/) which did exactly what I need now for my mac.

I searched the whole internet (including this very forum) but just came up with tools, that can either:

- log all and every damn bit that flows through my connection, but only log these (http://www.neon.com/CGmac.shtml)
- cap certain ports, but no port-ranges which is needed for p2p-tools (http://www.carrafix.com/)
- denie any and all connection to the internet application-wise (http://www.obdev.at/products/littlesnitch/index.html)
- or MacOs' own managementsystem, which --as I get it-- works by cutting the amount of bandwitch service-wise, like pop3, http, etc. (http://www.macgeekery.com/hacks/software/traffic_shaping_in_mac_os_x)

But what I'm looking for is a tool, capable of all things the tools mentioned above can do. Does anybody know a tool capable of doing the job for me?
