Hi,

I need to figure our a more efficient way to manage contacts. I'm open to any suggestions.

I need to a reliable way to streamline email & phone number contacts between Gmail accounts, my iPhone, and my computer. I need to be able to email a group of 300. I'd love to be able to syncthese work-related contacts with an admin assistant & other staff.

-------------

If you want specific details, I'll try to explain as succinctly as possible:

Gmail is my main email service (a personal & work-based account) I have two separate contact lists (though a lot of overlap) associated with the gmail. There are also a lot of cell numbers there. I used to use an android phone, and synced those personal gmail contacts to my mac. Now I have an iPhone, and have tried to set-up a sync both ways, but I don't know if it's working well. I don't know what contacts live only in my personal gmail and what lives in Apple's universe exclusively.

Here's my situation:
- I pastor a small-ish church
- I have personal gmail account (that acts as the main hub for all my personal contacts)
- I have a gmail account for the church that has an email group for our members.
- I'd love to be able to share that group with our admin and other staff through our @domain gmail accounts
- I'd love to have access those church contacts on my iPhone, to send texts or use navigation

------------

Basically I want to have access to a shared set of contacts through gmail @ourdomain, plus my personal contacts, on my iPhone & Mac Mail, with the ability to email large groups.

Sorry if this is overly confusing. My brain may not be processing well.
