Prior to Yosemite it was very simple. Go into /Library/Mobile Documents, delete whatever old game or app data you no longer need/require and that's that. For example, say you were playing an iOS game that dropped some data in iCloud for game saves. You now no longer needed them, so you jumped in there and deleted it. That was it.
Now, with Yosemite and iCloud Drive, I can't figure out how to do that. The original path for Mobile Documents is now empty (or hidden?). However, when I do a system wide search for the /mobile document/ folder, I find it and can go into it...and I see all the folders and files for iOS based games/apps.
And now, for instance, I try to delete a game folder for "Fruit" (Being for the newly overhauled Fruit Ninja) and it deletes, but seconds later it re-appears back in the folder.

Maybe I'm missing something for managing iCloud iOS based saved data with the new iCloud Drive structure?
