Manage in app purchases

A few weeks ago I saw I thought in settings was a place to manage in app purchases now I can't find it anyone see it or know what I'm talking about?

Nope thats not it I could have sworn I saw a place in the iphone if you have a recuring charge for something you could cancel it there. I found it in itunes but i thought it was on the iphone also.
