Manage sound as in Vista and Win7

How can I do this on a mac?
In for example Win7 you can mute the internet browsers sound when you're playing a game for instance, and you can't mute it without muting all the sound. Right now I'm listening to iTunes, and playing a game at the same time, and the sound from the game is pretty annoying..
So do you now what kind of app I'm after?
 
I've been looking for something like this too. I haven't found anything useful searching the forum, so I guess I'll just bump your thread. It'd be great to have Vista/Win7 volume mixer ability on the Mac.
