If I go to Setting--General-manage storage

I get My old iPhone4, My Current Iphone 4S and an older iPhone. How do I remove those and how to I name my current iphone that is showing up as " this phone"?

'this iPhone' means it is the iPhone you're viewing the backup info on

I don't know if I'm understanding you properly, but I'm going to have a bash at seeing if I can explain your situation to you and correct me if I'm wrong.

You go to your iCloud storage, which shows all the devices associated with your iCloud. However you're doing it ON one of the devices and when you look at the backup info for the device you're currently using it displays 'this iPhone'?

If that's the case then you can't rename that bit, it's just the iOS letting you know that you're viewing the backup info for the device you're viewing I t from
