There’s a very good chance that I have brain freeze here - but I’m getting very confused!
I just set up my Apple Watch S6. I have the stock activity app, Nike Run Club and the Peloton app currently.
I am getting a bit caught up in what to use and when - I want all data to save in one place ideally so that I can monitor my progress.
For example - if I use Nike for a guided run does that save in activity, health or just the app itself?
What contributes to closing rings?
