I'm curious if there is an easy way to manage Keychain in regards to multiple entries. What I mean, is that when using Keychain Access to find a password, there are old entries that are no longer accurate. Besides manually removing the entry as I discover them, is there a way to purge redundancies? I would have thought that when a password is changed, the keychain entry is changed rather than creating a new entry.

This seems sporadic for me. Sometimes the new password replaces the old one in the same Keychain entry, and sometimes I end up with a duplicate entry. There is no way I have ever found to get rid of the old ones without doing it manually like you mentioned.
