Manga Viewer with ALL mangas?

Well not necessarily ALL mangas... But maybe the most popular ones.. One piece/naruto/bleach...

I've looked into Mangarock MF and a few others but they all seem to be unable to download the above mentioned mangas due to licensing issues. Anyone know of an app/jailbreak tweak that can download mangas and store to phone for later viewing?

If you can find a way to fake your location after jailbreak then you can use manga storm and update the location in it to other place outside US. Or if you can purchase app from other countrys' app store, manga rock will show all manga as well.
