Hi,
Is it possible to manipulate the incoming/outcoming flow of data based by rules in OSX?
Example:
-I'm abroad and personal hotspot on the iphone is activated. There is a volume limit of 150 MB. On a website a video is preloading automatically. There are some big email attachments and in the background there is an update of any Software going on... And then the limit is reached rather quickly.
So, is it possible to establish a rule to say, if there is a data flow coming in and 500KB is reached with a specific data flow, then make it substantially slower or abort it?
I'm sorry for my laymen terminology and hope the idea is understandable.
