We have just released a Manual Handling training App on the App Store. The App is based on a training DVD which we developed with the assistance of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP).

The App covers the following:
  • Background to manual handling
  • Body & manual handling
  • TILE approach for assessing manual handling tasks
  • Principles of manual handling
  • Techniques for safer manual handling
  • Role staff play in safer manual handling
