I've searched, but no joy...which I find surprising.

The first fourteen episode of a podcast I subscribe to (Sundays Supplement, yay!) are only available via download from the website. I want them to appear in my Podcasts library.

In my iTunes folder there's a path ~/iTunes/iTunes Music/Podcasts/Sundays Supplement

Containing all the subscribed shows.

So, I d/led all the .mp3s to this folder. No joy. Restart iTunes. No joy.

Just how can I get these .mp3s to show up in iTunes / onto my iPod?

(iPod is set to manage manually).

TIA

or because they are already in your itunes music folder, just have iTunes rescan the folder. (Unfortunately it does not do that automatically). Go to file and then select add to library.

Cheers folks...

unfortunately, it adds them to the music library, but they don't appear under the relevant podcast subscription... they're also not date-sorted and have different names to the ones that I d/led them under....

mpshay -- sorry if I'm being thick, but is 'Add to Library' the same as scanning? I can't find a menu item for 'Scan...'
