Manually Edit A Color Profile

I want to edit a color profile to adjust the white point. Is there any way to edit .icc's? I don't want to create a new profile, and can't recalibrate because the one I've found is perfect apart from the white point being a bit reddish.

I also want to do the same. I've calibrated and created a new profile, but I want to edit it. Have you found any way to do this?
