Manually merge SMS's from backups on a unjailbroken phone?

i have a iphone 5 on 6.1.4,my phone doesnt like to restore my old backups and all apples troubleshooting steps haven't helped.

it will restore/backup new almost empty backups i make though.
i have sms's in multiple phone backups from before my phone got replaced.
is there a (preferably easy) free way to merge the sms's and iMessages (and call logs if possible) and get them onto a un-jailbroken iPhone
