No. It's standard boilerplate info with a "last edited|updated" date.
For example my 13 Mini, bought in 2023, has a date on that page of August 2021, the year and just weeks before Apple announced that model.
Back in the day one was able to use the serial number to determine when/where a phone was manufactured. For several years now serial numbers are random so that trick is no longer valid.
