Hey all. New to this forum, so I'm not sure if this is the right place to post.

I work in the traffic industry installing and maintaining traffic signals and roadway lighting. Often times, we're sent on jobs where there are a few burnt out bulbs in a string of 100 or so streetlights. Part of our billing process involves doing up a map of the particular roadway with locations of all the streetlights, highlighting the ones that were repaired.

What I'm looking for is an app that allows me to drop pins on my current location, as a coworker or myself drive passed them. I've tried other apps that allow me to drop multiple pins, however, with each pin dropped, I need to enter in a title or descriptor of some sort. This isn't practical for my needs because it would force me to stop at every pole in a string of lights and drop a pin and enter a description.

If there's nothing like this that anybody knows about, are there any app developers that can contact me about making up an app of that variety? I don't imagine it would take much effort, but I could be very mistaken.

Anyways, thanks in advance.
Jon.

TL;DR
I'm looking for an app that drops pins on my location as I drive with the touch of the screen.
