I'm going to be traveling to a remote location (no internet) with my MacBook. Are there any applications like Google Earth that don't need an internet connection?

However, the only one for macs, as far as I know, is Route 66, and it is terrible. Delorme is great, and used to support macs, but no more. Now, if you want something for GPS use, there are more -- Route Buddy comes to mind. But you need to either attach a GPS or know the coordinates of what you want. No way to enter a street address and be shown how to get there.
