Map function keys on a 3rd party keyboard

I have a logitech ultra flat keyboard plugged into my macbook, is there anyway I can map the eject and mute keys to it as per the macbooks own keyboard? Ive mapped all the other function keys using a combination of osx prefs and sizzling keys. Thanks Joe
