I recently switched to Mac by purchasing a previous generation Macbook Pro (got a smoking deal since new models have been released).

Along with it I purchased a Logitech Cordless Desktop S530. I tried the LCC and do not like how it handles mouse acceleration/speed. So I got USBoverdrive and realized that I could not use both at the same time (LCC overrides USBoverdrive's settings).

The LCC software enabled the keyboard's hotkeys (shortcuts to mail, back, play/pause/skip, iTunes, volume, etc.) as they did not work previous to installing LCC.

So now I am stuck with useless keyboard shortcuts because I do not wish to use LCC for my mouse.

So my question is:

Is there any software that can map my keyboard hotkeys to work as designed?
Or, can I somehow use LCC and USBoverdrive simultaneously, but have USBoverdrive override LCC for mouse settings?

Thank you
