map temp after fan install

i replace my mbp fan because he was damaged
i want to know what is the ideal temp and istat result for other macs.
this is mine http://prntscr.com/d3suns the rpm is custom usually 1200 rpm and it seems to be the problem. the rpm is to low compare to the mac temp...
does it normal ?
