While copying data from my iMac (using Windows 7) to my Synology NAS (DS1812+) the copy process sometimes just stops. It seems like the SMB share is no longer available since I get this error message in Windows 7: "The specified network name is no longer available". I can ping the NAS and I can login to the DSM 4.0 web interface.

I can still access internet on my iMac. On my laptop I'm still able to connect to the same mapped network drive. This can perhaps mean that the problem is within Windows 7 or the driver. Has anyone else had the same error? This is not the first time I get strange network problwm within Windows 7 on my iMac.

iMac: Windows 7 64-bits on (27" iMac -2011)
NAS: DS-1812, software: DSM 4.0-2219
Both PC (iMac) and NAS are using static IP addresses.
