Mapping iTunes Button on Windows Keyboard

Hello

I'm using external windows keyboard on Mac os El Capitan. I already mapped alt, com, and shift through the system preferences. Right now I want to map F1-F12 for playing and stop the music from iTunes, controlling the brightness, ...etc. How can I do that? Can I do it?

Should I use an application or can I do it manually through system preference?

I need some help guys.
