MapQuest & Places/Check-In Question..

Every time I try to open the Map app it crashes. I can't even type anything on it, it opens for probably less than a second and just closes by itself. The same thing happens to the Facebook application when I try and open Places. It crashes as well. I've reset the phone, restored and did everything and it's still crashing. Just wanna see if anyone out here can help me out. Thank you!

Edit - Not the MapQuest app I meant Map application on the phone, sorry
