Maps - Yelp discrepancy?

I've noticed a discrepancy between the number of Yelp reviews shown on Maps for pretty much any location vs. the real Yelp website?

Attached is two screenshots - one is the mouseover on Maps.app showing the # of reviews; another is showing the same place at the Yelp website.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
