New adventure game "Marble Knights" has arrived on Apple Arcade. The title comes from indie outfit WayForward, developers of "DuckTales: Remastered" and "Double Dragon Neon," and offers players a mixture of sword-swinging fantasy mixed and marble mania.

Sword-swinging fantasy meets marble mania! Roll into battle with Orbin, Marabelle, and the other Knights of the Round to defend King Rolland and the Kingdom of Roundingham from the evil Lord Terroball! Armed with your blade, your wits, and a variety of orb-based powers, you’ll smite foes, solve puzzles, and embark on an epic fantasy journey with up to three other players!
"Marble Knights" is suitable for players of the age of nine and above, and can be played on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV through the ‌Apple Arcade‌ subscription gaming service.

Outside of the marble thing... looks generic AF.. and pretty meh... but that's usual with Apple Arcade games... (of course there are a few of exceptions.. )

I have tried Apple Arcade and was disappointed. What do we think about Game Club? I haven't tried it yet.

Is that Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime's voiceover or a cheap rip-off him?
The game is by WayForward which has done some Transformers RPG work in the past. I wouldn’t be surprised if it WAS Cullen.

For anyone interested in talking about the game :)
I loaded it up to play a couple levels to see what it was like and ended up playing about an hour before I realized it. You get to choose between touchscreen and tilt at the start of the game, I chose tilt just because it seemed like the right way to go. Your mileage may vary, but I enjoyed the way the game responded to the tilt.

Presentation-wise, very polished, just like any WayForward game. Well drawn 2D reaction images and lots of voice lines for the characters during cutscenes and situational comments during play. There’s also the gameplay mechanic where your marble can be taken (leaving your character to hop around until they replace it) or swapped for another marble with different attributes. Not too far into the game, yet, but it’s enjoyable so far.

Coming 3 days after xbox cloud gaming has started on Android this feels like bad trolling

If anyone wants to discuss Apple Arcade with a pretty awesome community that also includes developers for most of the games, check out the Apple Arcade Discord.

I'm not sure about this game, but a new Marble It Up update dropped today which is pretty extensive
