Margins in Excel not as measured.

I'm setting margins to measurements of:

1.3462 cm left and right;
3.302 cm top;
4.29262 cm bottom;

Should be simple, as these are measurements from my indesign document that I'm matching up to. Got these by drawing lines to obtain measurements. Everything is correct in indesign.

I place the spreadsheet into indesign, it matches well at the top and top left. Imagine that's the insertion point, however the right and the bottom are poor. The right needs to come out a mile and the bottom should be finishing three more cells down.

Yeah. Those two programs don't play nice with each other. You can't make them.
