Mario Kart Wii Friend Codes

Didn't see a thread for this, so I thought I'd start one.

4210-4401-3314 is me. Please PM me (or anyone you add) so that they can add you too.
 
Where do you find your Mario Kart Friend code? I read that this is not the same as your Wii console registration "code".
I couldn't find any reference to the friend code in the manual :confused:
 
If you go to the Nintendo WFC and pick the 'Friends' option your Mii should show up with your friend code listed underneath it.
You can also go to the Mario Kart Channel and pick the 'Friends' option there and again your Mii should show up at bottom center of page with your friend code listed underneath.

My code is 2148-8561-4055.
 
A few months ago a friend of mine and I created a web service that will probably help keep track of peoples Wii codes (along with other online info)... it' about 90% done, but semi-abandoned right now. Call it a first beta level product. :p

Anyways, it's called www.angry-gator.com and it lets you link various online accounts together into a single profile, with no registration or account needed (in fact you can link other peoples accounts together for them). Basically, in this case, you can link you Macrumors account name to your Wii friend code(s) and then find those codes by searching on your MR name. You can also link back to your profile, for example, this is mine.

If you use Skype or Teamspeak or anything like that you could link that info in if you wanted to do voice chat with your online Wii gaming, I suppose.

Anyways, this is sort of the problem the site was meant to solve, so even though it's not quite a finished product, I thought I'd turn it loose on you guys to try out.

EDIT: The FAQ has some details and you can click on the "what's this" buttons for info if you're confused about the site. My account only has a test Wii code in it, atm, since I'm at work and don't know it off hand, but wanted to make sure the Wii selection worked right. Also, Macrumors is an "other" site type. :p

OK, I have added everyone from this thread, and I think it would be simplest if we all just do that rather than waiting for PMs and stuff.

My brother and I play the game all day and everyday and most of the night so ill be sure that you can add me perfectly.
