MP 7,1 Market for OEM SSD or RAM?

Almost immediately after purchasing my 2019 Mac Pro, I upgraded the SSD and RAM. Is there currently a market for the ORM SSD and RAM that came with it?

I just bought 6 8GB OEM DIMMs from eBay for an average of ~42$/DIMM, so I’d say yes. Probably niche, especially with the SSD, but I’d list it for sure.
