Yet another study.....

Link Here.

This study covers mental health, although I seem to remember a different story saying that married men live longer than single men.

I've read studies that have found that men derive more benefits from being married than do women. But I think that was in relation to satisfaction and such, not physical health.

It is just in this study, they interviewed lots of insecure men, who did not like getting married, in case a better woman came along. In such a case, they would not have the problems of devorce if they wanted to be with this new woman.

This quote is more in line with what I have always heard. "However, that's all just a hypothesis. Another study published last year said men and women are happier if they marry." This study seems to be more on the psychological aspect. Married couples seem to have better physical health which leads to a better outlook to life in general.

What is the real definition of a honeymoon?

It is a short vacation before starting a new job for a new boss.

:D

speaking of marriages and wether it is beneficial to your health, the people I went to highschool with, are starting to have kids and marry!!! jeez, I'm getting old... can't wait to see all the dissadisfied couples at next year's 5year reunion...

:p

Marriage has more then that.

I don't know about it being a science. It comes from a sermon given at our Church yesterday. A good model for any marriage.
