Nice indeed. Bumpers on the cheap. I really want something to cover the ports though since my moisture sensor is tripped on my 3g and it definitely has not come anywhere near moisture. I don't want the same thing to happen on the 4.
 
Not only is it $10 cheaper than the Apple one, you get screen protectors too.

The only downside is that shipping usually takes between 10 to 15 days but the quality isn't that bad at all.
 
Hey does anyone know how to change the thread name? I'm new here and I accidentally put bumber instead of bumper.
 
I've seen photos of the apple bumper on the phone while the phone was in the apple dock.

Any idea if thats really the case and if the marware would do the same?

I know we'll have to wait to find out. Food for thought.

Their new docks are universal and don't require inserts if I remember correctly. If the Apple one works, this one certainly will (being a lower profile).

That's about all I would pay for silicone too. I'm not discounting your post. It's a great option for people. :) ...but I think silicone cases are some of the worst cases in the world. I'm a picky person. ;)

Yeah I've already been looking at the marware bumpers and am looking at getting a blue one to go with my black phone. Their blue is so much better than the crappy pastel colors Apple keeps coming out with.

Any idea when they'll be available for sale?

Unfortunately (am I spelling that right?) it says they "may be backordered" which probably means they are. It doesn't even say when it was supposed to ship when not backordered.

I'm gonna guess that they're waiting to get their hands on a phone just to make sure the design is correct before they start taking orders. Hopefully not too long after the 24th then.
 
Tbh I just ordered a phantomskinz and I will see if it comes with side shields. If it doesn't I will add this too.
 
Does anyone have one of these yet? Or have close up pictures of the bottom?

My Apple Bumper case doesn't allow many of my connectors (Belkin PowerJolt, car connector, older Apple USB connector, etc.) to attach, so I'm wondering if the hole is big enough.
