That was the one part of his death that was real strange. Why didn't the masseuse call 911 first?

Anyway, I try not to get too obsessed, though I can't help but be curious.

Wait, this is the first time I've heard her connected with Heath. What's the story?

My gosh, who cares?!
I don't know if I care, but I'm intrigued as to why she seems to think that she can't be open without incriminating herself some how.

Reading VERY MUCH between the lines it seems there might be some thinking that she had some involvement in the guys death, but she wasn't there, so what could she be accused of? I'm guessing supply of the prescribed drugs.

Would a non-celebrity get immunity? should she?

Run the place for her prints.

If found, let the Grand Jury have it's way with her.

The time taken for the masseuse to show up, plus 9 minutes, allows for a lot of distance from the scene, before being "notified" by cell phone.

Highly sceptical here.

She knows something, why else ask immunity. She may not have caused it, but she has information that may make her look guilty.

Besides, even if there was a grand Jury, she wouldn't have to talk, she could claim the 5th and no one finds out anything.

I don't get the impression that anybody is trying to place her at the scene, she was across on the opposite coast, and I think they'd have verified fairly easily her movements if she had left town trying to flee a crime.

I don't think that the authorities have any reason to believe that she was at the scene at the time of the murder, figuring it sounds like there is a solid alibi for her location the night of his death, especially with her being a celebrity. I have a feeling that it is one simple thing here, that she was his source for the drugs that Ledger overdosed on, in which case she would want to have immunity, there is no other reason why. And I have a feeling that the masseuse had some involvement as well, why else would she try to contact Olsen several times before contacting the police?

She's a Hollywood celebrity. She's innocent. Just ask any Los Angeles jury, they're expertise brought justice to OJ, Robert Blake, Phil Spector and Michael Jackson.

...Still, her prints could be on the pill bottles.
Still wouldn't be in anyway relevant; my hypothesis would be that with or without her prints her name might be on the bottles on a prescription label, or somebody, maybe the house keeper, has dropped her in it for supply of prescription drugs.

Yeah, 3 calls in 9 minutes? Maybe she didn't want to alert the police because that would mean that reporters would find out something was wrong with Heath almost immediately. If MK and Heath were close and contacting each other frequently at the time, calling Mary-Kate may have seemed to be a wise decision at the time to the maid. Of course, an ambulance would have been more useful, but who knows what was going on in the maid's mind at the time.

That would be my guess.

Maybe Heath had informed the maid that if anything happened to call MK first.

Or the initials MK may have been on a bottle. They figured it referred to Mary Kate, but what they'll never figure out is that Heath had an obsession with.....Mortal Kombat.

Agreed. Clearly she knows something that can incriminate herself. I wonder if we will ever know the true about what happened to Heath.

Admittedly, I don't keep up with Hollywood news. All I knew was that the guy was dead.

What in the flaming hell is going on?

It sounds like she is probably the person that they suspect gave him the drugs, and is trying to protect herself from legal punishment/liability. I doubt that they will give her immunity, and plus what exactly are they hoping to solve? It sounds like he took the drugs completely by himself and it just sounds like an accidental death. I guess we will have to wait and see to where this leads.

There are going to be prints because it was her house.
