iPod Mass deleting duplicates can it be done?

Hi guys I have a small problem some how I have managed to duplicate all the songs in itunes is there a way off mass deleting the duplicates? or do I have to do each one, one by one. Thats going to be several thousand, or is there some other way I can do this.

Try this site. Do a search for duplicates.
