ok, i am totaly OCD when it comes to the way my music is organized and encoded. recently i have been trying to switch to songbird as my default music app rather than itunes. i have a few questions

1. if i encode a .aac file to .ogg will i lose any quality?

2. are there any good apps for collecting and metadata for audio files?

EDIT

i would like to make as much of my library .ogg (w/o losing audio quality) as possible as i am going to be getting a new PMP soon and it does not support .aac.

thanks :D
