Mass mailing list software for Mac

I have a 15,000 person mailing list, and I need a desktop program for Mac OS that can handle that kind of volume.

Something similar to this: http://www.sendblaster.com/

Free is of course ideal, if such things exist. But I'm fully open to paying for software. This list is just going to get bigger and bigger, so a 15k upper limit isn't acceptable.
