masseges and facetime dont work

hello

i have a macbook pro mid 2012 and yosemite.
my massages app and facetime app don't seem to work, it connects to my user but wont receive or send calls/send and receive massages.
what can it be? i log out, log in, turn off iCloud, turn on, nothing works.

can anyone save me??
